Membership Cancellation:

Counseling and Interview Skills Training Memberships:

Memberships for online counseling and interview skills training are designed to provide continuous value throughout the subscription period. You can not cancel your membership or even if you want to discontinue using it, the company is not lible to reunfd any amount as all of these services are non-refundable.
 

Immediate Cancellation:
 

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours from the time of purchase may be eligible for a 70% refund, provided no services have been accessed.
 

Cancellation After Service Access:
 

If you cancel your membership after accessing any services, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your membership.
